This camp is designed to bring high school athletes to the next level of their fitness, strength, conditioning and overall performance. Athletes will develop the 10 general physical skills – coordination, balance, flexibility, power, strength, agility, stamina, speed, endurance, accuracy – as well as learn mobility (flexibility) work for before and after training to encourage optimal performance. All workouts will be scaled and modified for all athletes, including those who are new to CrossFit and those who have prior/current injuries or conditions.

Ages: 13-17

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:15AM – 1:00PM

Session 4: July 8, 9, 11
Session 5: July 14, 16, 18
