“The Painful Mile Run”

Run 1 mile, while carrying or holding an odd or uncomfortable object.
*This is in honor of all the people in Texas, and around the world, experiencing a much more uncomfortable and unpleasant situation than us.

*Choose any piece of equipment to hold while running.

Ex: Weighted vest, sandbag, medicine ball, plate, small box, kettlebell, a heavy backpack, or anything you want to bring from home.

*Coach must approve of object first, and coach will help you scale appropriately.
