Oly lifters, find weights by feel. Beat weights from last week, don’t push to absolute max.

Percentages after RM are taken off of the RM for the exercise/complex.

Jerk Complex (1RM, 95%, 90% )

1 PUSH JERK + 1 JERK

Back Squat (3RM, 3@95%, 3@90%)

Then as accessory:

3×3 BACKSQUAT JUMPS @20%1RM

STRENGTH WOD

Power Lifters see below:

8×4: Bench Press (295/185)

3×3: Sumo Deadlift (AHAP)
