Again, your training is paying off by now, but by doing the WOD before this weekend, you get used to it mentally and make whatever minor adjustments you have to given your strengths and weaknesses. 30 Split Squat Jumps
20 Toes-2-Bar / Knees to Arms(Females)
10 Pull Ups / Toes-2-Bar (Females)
*Crush Games Athletes keep in mind 10min CAP. Keep working after the time CAP is needed.
*SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS, both legs = 1 rep (1,1,2,2,3,3…). Back knee must make contact with ground for it to count.
