We are past Wednesday and hopefully we all enjoyed yesterday’s WOD “Ghost” courtesy of It tested overall capacity, which has been and will continue to be our theme as we build!

Everyone has shown great poise the last few months of lifting and now its your time to show the strength through these WODs.

For the WOD, pace yourself through the runs, however, prep yourself to go to a place where you might not usually want to go to…your pain cave! Push hard during the Wall Balls and conquer this one as it is THERE where the time will lie. WOD and enjoy!
