Thursday 6/19 WOD

Main – CrossFit

Today we are working on body movements and cardiovascular resistance. It has been a great week for Road To Crushers lifting heavy, so today is a day off. Stay home, go to the beach, do something fun, or go to a yoga class…but NO LIFTING OR WODDING! 🙂

For those of you not doing RTC but still very sore from the first 3 days of the week, think of recovery today.

Today could act as an extreme case of active recovery from lifting, but not from cardio. So if you are exhausted or beat, today is a great day to go to a Yoga class, go to the beach, swimming, or cycling just for fun.

It is a long WOD, but all in intervals, so will be moving the entire time! Have fun today!
