In teams of 2 complete 2 rounds of:

800m Run
100 Sit-ups
800m Run
100 Push-ups
800m Run
100 Squats

In this workout, one team memeber will be working at a time. The runs must be completed by running 200m sprints one at a time. For example team member number 1 will run 200m when they return team member #2 will run 200m. Once they have each completed 2 runs they can begin their sit-ups. The team can use 2 Ab-Mats but cannot be working at the same time. This will be a great tune up for “Murph” on Monday!
