Some exciting news!
As most of you know we will be starting our “get ripped challenge” on January 7. In preparation for that, we will be having our post holiday/pre-challenge celebration on January 5. The location is yet to be determined but we want your input! We want to support our local businesses so if you have a suggestion please let us know and we will take it into consideration. I thought about Tap 42 or Rocco’s what do you think?
Also we will be holding a competitors seminar at the gym on Wednesday January 3 @1900. Here we will discuss what local comps are worth checking out, and how to prepare for them. Also as you may know, CrossFit’s worldwide competition will start the first week of March. We will talk about preparing for this and what the format of the competition will look like. I have helped prepare a high level team for Regionals and I will pass on the knowledge that I have been given in the past. (Thanks Chris and Ben!)
