1 100 meter run
2 Over Head Squats @95/65
3 Toes to bar
4 DB Power Snatches @55/35
5 burpees (must be sang!!!)
6 KB Swings @24/16
7 wall balls @20/14
8 box jumps 24/20
9 Air Squats
10 plate lunges @45/25
11 push ups
12 C2B Pull Ups

Perform today’s workout just like the song. i.e. do one 100m run, then do 2 overhead squats and a 100m run. Then 3 toes to bar, 2 overhead squats, and a 100m run. And so one until you finish with 12,11,10…etc finishing with a last 100m run. workout cortesy of crossfitmoxie.com
