Part A:
Pull-ups

These will be strict pull-ups. It will be your goal to do all of the sets unbroken and take as little rest in between sets as possible. Scale/Modify as needed. 15 minute time cap.

Part B:
In 14 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Lunge Steps each leg
15 Sit-ups
